As provided in Central Bank Resolution 102/2021, associated financial institutions must send information on guaranteed credits to the FGC
CHAPTER II of this Resolution provides for the preparation and submission of information relating to financial instruments guaranteed by the FGC, on a consolidated basis (without the identification of the creditor). To send information, you must follow the layouts FGC300 – Census by product and FGC301 – Census by ownership, to be sent monthly by the 10th (tenth) business day of each month, associates must complete the Technical Registration and follow the prescribed procedures in the Census Operational and Technical Manual.
For the preparation of the analytical file, provided for in article 3 of the Resolution, the associates must follow the layout FGC303 – Analytical position of creditors, as per procedures provided for in the Analytical Archive Manual. In this case, the files in production must be made available by the institutions to the FGC, in the event of a special regime being decreed, or to the Central Bank, when requested by the supervisory entity.
